Cancellation & Refund Policy

Official Refund Terms

No Refunds After Projects Initiation.

Once project design wireframing, architecture planning, custom programming, or marketing campaigns have officially commenced by Webtechsujal, initial deposits and milestone fees are non-refundable.

1. Project Cancellation Guidelines

Clients may request project cancellation prior to project initiation. However, once developer resources have been allocated and project execution has started, advance payments are non-refundable as they cover allocated engineering hours and resource setup.

2. Invoice Payment & Overdue Terms

Invoice Due Date: All invoices issued by Webtechsujal are payable within 30 days of invoice issuance.
Late Payment Interest: Overdue balances past 30 days incur a monthly interest charge of 5% per month.
Non-Refundable Third-Party Costs: Purchases for domain registrations, web hosting setups, SSL security certificates, and third-party API plugin licenses are strictly non-refundable.
