Webtechsujal Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting website designing, web development, SEO, digital marketing, or Google My Business listing services with Webtechsujal ("Company", "We", "Us"), located at Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, West Delhi, Delhi - 110059, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Work & Project Deliverables

Webtechsujal agrees to provide digital agency services as specified in official project proposals, contracts, or invoices. Any additional features, extra web pages, custom scripts, or revisions requested beyond the original project scope will incur additional billing based on standard agency hourly rates.

3. Invoice Billing & Payment Schedule

All clients and invoice recipients agree to the following mandatory payment terms:

• Payment Due Term: All service invoices issued by Webtechsujal are strictly due within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Late Payment Interest Fee: Overdue payments beyond the 30-day grace period will incur a 5% late fee per month calculated on the total unpaid invoice balance.
• Currency of Billing: All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or the specified invoice currency.
• Milestone Commencement: Project development work or marketing campaign execution commences upon receipt of the agreed deposit or invoice payment.

All official payments to Webtechsujal must be settled via the verified banking channels below:

5. Content & Media Submission

The client is solely responsible for providing necessary website content, brand logos, images, and server access credentials in a timely manner. Webtechsujal is not liable for project completion delays caused by delayed client submissions.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon 100% full final invoice payment, complete ownership rights to completed website source code, database structures, and graphics transfer to the client. Webtechsujal retains the right to display completed project screenshots in our portfolio.
